Yuba is pretty muddy, probably 1 foot vis, towards marysville the water is a litter less murky but still pretty off color. ?Up top is pretty bad. ?Plenty of bugs out and about, but they were spared by the trout today, ?just too muddy. ?Give it a couple days. -- Edited by drifter at 18:20, 2009-03-08

Not a big one but it works for me. You won't see me put a split shot any further up the line than 4 inches from the point fly. It tangles less and the fish are not bothered by it at all. I don't false cast very much but when you need to it makes it less likely to knot up.
