Here's a little known change to next years regulations (Section 700): beginning in March, you no longer need to display your fishing license. You must have it on your person or in your immediate possession.

After being skunked numerous times at Putah, I finally got into a few today. Nothing huge but nice wild fish. The wind was howling in the trees but right on the water it was fairly calm.
