Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm thinking the Sierras.?Thanks for any advice or past expiriences...
??Just curious what people's thoughts are on Putah as an individual Creek, meaning the must knows to this individual water, it's difference's and challenges, seasonal observations, etc.??It's just that people claim this as difficult terrritory for the common joe and has finicky fish, as well as...

Has anyone built a pram before? Something I have wanted to do for awhile now. There are tons of plans on line but I'm not sure where to start. This sort of piggy backs on the tube versus pontoon question. I have a tube already and thought about getting a pontoon but I want one I can stand in that has a lean bar....

It's a simple tie they use in Ohio for bass and searun trout. ?I think it might wo...
I've been bait-dunkin' for years and recently have been doing alot of fishing for bass in the Napa River; and have been fairly successful at catch & release as I don't really want to eat the fish I catch. I just enjoy the sport! But recently I?have purchased a fly rod & reel and have been up to Puta...
We've received disturbing information from SCWA that the lead weighted redd markers have been removed from at least one spawning study area at the head of the guide run (aka guide hole). Taken from the SFGate.com written by Tom Stienstra. On a magic morning at San Pablo Reservoir, for years the best fishing lake in the Bay Area, we caught 10 rainbow trout that weighed nearly 30 pounds, one of the finest two-angler trout limits I've ever seen. That will never happen again. Then there wa...
