Here's a little known change to next years regulations (Section 700): beginning in March, you no longer need to display your fishing license. You must have it on your person or in your immediate possession.

I found that I had better luck when I wore it... It got to where if I forgot to wear it, i would have no confidence. I guess I'm kinda superstitious.

I also heard that they will not be requiring a bay-delta stamp next year, although I can't say for sure.
