Fishing destined for slow decline?

Hi,? I am looking for opinions.? I am of the opinion that Putah is NOT what it was ten or 15 years ago and I am also of the opinion that it will continue to decline in the future.? I do not see easy solutions to too low flows in winter and excessive pressure and mud snails.? I think this fishery is one in decline...

Muddy water fishing

?So i hit the creek on Tuesday, got skunked but oh well. The water was very brown/muddy and I realized that I did not know how that changed the game when it comes to fly fishing for trout. First time to Putah

Just moved to the area from Mississippi. Did most of my fishing on the White River system in Arkansas (Little Red, Norfork, White). Decided to give Putah a try. You guys have a real gem. I hooked 4 about the size of the one below but was only able to land this beauty.? See you on the water.
