So I have been playing around with some new knots. I have always used improved clinches on most setups. I was googling "strongest fishing knots" the other day and saw the "San Diego knot". Reason for the question is I broke off a big pissed off winter steelhead earlier this we...

Just wondering if any body else has had problems with these guys. I placed an order 2 weeks ago expecting the standard 4-7 day delivery. After 10 days had gone by without any correspondance, I called and left a message. 2 days go by and I had to call again and talked to someone who said he'll look into my...

For those of you who don't know his flies you should google his name and check them out. I was messing around on the internet and wanted to see if he had a dragonfly nymph pattern. Ducks are laying an egg!! I saw a fish caught and kept today on Putah. The offender was some type of raptor. Not sure what it was. White and brown fairly large. Not a Red Tail, not a Bald eagle. Something in between. A raptor has to eat... Any bird people out there?

Try to rap your brains around this one...If your local safeway closed, you would drive to the next closes store to buy your food...You would not starve and die.
