March 1st Lake Solano became a catch and release water, barbless artificials only, year around. The reg was changed (paragraph 180.6) to remove the  the interpretation of the loose language of paragraph 147 "from Solano Lake". The water in the run at access 4 is very cold when the bank crumbles away as you are walking down to the creek and you, get pitched ass over teakettle into the water. And wet too! Note to self.; extra clothes in car.
