If you need another reel or are just curious about this product, these Prestige Plus reels are good and you won't ever find anything better for $20 - or even $50. I've been using them for about a year now and can't find anything wrong with them except that they are not precision machined like the super expensive reels.
If you are looking for a low priced, large arbor reel, you may want to consider an Intruder reel sold by the White River Fly Shop (associated with Bass Pro Shops). It's only $29.95 (plus shipping) and, to me, it's pretty high quality for the price. I've only had my 7/8 for a year but I've been impressed by how well it has served me. When I bought it there were 8 product reviews on it and all of the reviews were pretty positive. The only negative comment that I remember was that it was a bit heavy.
