PCT is holding a fundraiser with PCC on April 10 near Winters to support our conservation projects on the Creek. We will be showing the award winning movie "Rivers of a Lost Coast" on the decline of the Steelhead and Salmon fisheries in Northern California. Admission is from $15-$25 per person and includes a catered dinner and the movie. There will be raffles and silent auctions and sales galore for wine, flyfishing gear, fishing and wildlife art and rare books, sporting apparel, and kids toys. Included will be several original Audubon hand colored engravings of birds and mammals at an affordable price and several antique lithographs of trout by S F Denton. Tickets may be purchased in advance at this PCC link  on the calendar and news section page:
Alternatively, to help with food estimates we would appreciate an RSVP at the following link by adding your name or initials and the number attending to the spreadsheet:
Credit cards, checks, cash are accepted at the event.
The Center For Landbased Learning is a working farm just east of Winters with beautiful grounds-a great place to spend an afternoon and evening. We hope you can join us for a great time!

Thanks Dr. B; yes we can use volunteers-a sign up link will be forthcoming. The movie will be for sale at the event, so if you wait to purchase it will help us as we get a portion of the sale donated to our organization.
Bring your tissues with you, it's a tear jerker. Great movie actually, saw it in the theater last birthday and I own it now. Gonna see if I can make that, I will let you know. Thanks
Fishing isnt about catching fish, its not about who caught the most, or who caught the biggest, its about the experience that you have on the water, and the life long bonds you make with others on the journey to becoming a better person inside.
Hey everyone come on out tomorrow! Â The fun starts at 4 PM. Â You can go out fishing for most of the day and have some fun in the evening. Â In the silent auction is an 8 wt Orvis Helios donated by Orvis. Â Also out there is a Sage rod donated by Sweeney's in Napa. Â Lots of other cool stuff and dinner as well. Â The event is at the Center for Ecological Research or something like that. Â If you are driving on 505 the exit is Putah Creek Road. Â The exit right before the Winters exit. Â Turn right towards Davis and look for the signs. Â If you want to have the dinner call Steve Karr to let him know.
I would just like to send out a big thanks to all the people that came out to the fundraiser!! We all had a lot of fun! Also a big thanks to Sudwerks for the beer!!
chris we all know you loved that beer. I think you put them out of business

Apparently the beer people did not know that Otters like beer!!! Â It was a really good deal, when the keg tapped out wine was provided. Â I think Brian and Alastair also put a good dent in that mini keg. Â Good thing they didn't have all you can eat crawdads!!! Â See you all out there for the celebration this weekend!!! Â I am in charge of beer and wine this weekend, so if you want to post your favorite beer or wine post away. Â I will make sure we have your favorites!
