You already lookin for a new setup Emerger ? Personally have no experience with those brands but I can't remember ever reading anything but good reviews about TFO's products. I've been eyeing a TFO 2 weight at my flyshop.
Here are a few thoughts on the gear that you are asking about.
TFO Pro Series: For the money, it isn't a bad casting rod. I am amazed how smooth it casts up to 60 feet. After that it loses energy. If you want to use it for all the species that you want to fish for, choose the TiCrX model. It has lots more energy when you need to throw the heavier integrated tip lines for Stripers.
Orvis Clearwater: The "mid-flex" model does not have the backbone to throw the heavy integrated tip lines. The "tip flex" model can throw the heavy lines, but feels weak when throwing for distance.
Orvis Battenkill Mid-Arbor: The reel has a smooth drag, but it lacks stopping power. If you have to fight a Steelhead against the current, be prepared to crank your drag to the maximum.
