Bon Tempe and Alpine lakes

Does anybody know if Bon Tempe and/or Alpine lakes even have trout in them? if so what kind and what are the top flies there? Dry,wet,or nymphs

I did a little research and yes they do have fish in them. If I were to go up there, I would hit up Lake Lagunitas, but check the regs... not h2o contact of any kind, also I think its catch and release, but I could be wrong. I got the impression that it is a wild fishery, so that should be fun. As far as flies go, no idea. If you go lemme know how it is.
