It's nice to see that putah's water levels are declining (slowly), but i'm hoping that since we recieved so much rain this winter/spring, they won't release as much water this summer for farming; maybe summer levels will be more like fall levels this year!  Does anyone think this is possible?  or are cfs' going to be around 700-800 this summer?

Flows out of the lake in the summer are basically in response to agricultural needs. Summer around here requires water for crops regardless of the rain we had the previous winter/spring. Summer flows this year will be the same as last and the years before..
