Dumping on the creek

I went to the creek today and found parts of a small car dumped off the roadside between 2 and 3 I got most of it but need some help draging the body up to the road and in the back of my wagon if it will fit ? . Wil yolo county remove it from the parking lot if i drop it there // Any one available to help me drag it up to the road its only ten or 15 feet down ????

My back is in recovery mode so physical removal from my end is a no go. I've also got doctor stuff that puts me out of commission for the end of this week. The soonest I could give you a hand would be the weekend of the 13th. Too small to hook a winch line to it from my Jeep? Let me know next week the status and I'll give you a hand as best I can.

I just got off the phone with Yolo county parks and they will try to find what i couldn't drag out and remove it
