I hope so because I went out to look at the spawning bed at no. 3 on Sunday and the water was really low over the redds. Almost not enough. Does DFG ever note that stuff? Or care?

Wintertime flows of 100 cfs are "normal". This much better than the old regime of 45-60 cfs. As RFG says the fish survive; however, PCT is looking at stream bed modifications at certain sites to enhance and increase available spawning habitat. Volunteer opportunities to help with this will likely occur next fall when the flows drop again from irrigation levels.
