One of my younger buddies finally retired and we made a quick overnight run to the Truckee. It was fishing well from the canyon to the SF fly club property. I caught more browns 3 this trip then I've seen combined in the last few years. All were caught on stones (size 6, 8) and red copper johns on wide gap hooks. Nothing above 15 inches but consistent action in the am. No pictures.
