I'm heading up to the creek Sunday morning. If anybody sees a nut with a camo boonie hat driving a lifted white Jeep give me a holler. At lest if the fish arn't biting I can play on the rocks :)

I didn't fish for long as I had other obligations that day to take care of. While the flows are still high the water looks very fishable and visability isn't all that bad.
I fished at the upper bridge and worked my way downstream to the bottom of the last set of rapids. Bobicated with no luck and fianlly went to shortlining/highsticking or whatever you want to call it. I ended up with 2 solid grabs but lost both. Glo-bug for one and z-wing for the other. Chuck and duck at its finest.
There were a couple of guys flyfishing out of kayaks below the big island as I was heading back to town. Didn't look like a bad way to do things

Have you had more success in the evenings? Because i've been trying the mornings through the afternoon with no luck, then when I leave, it seems like everyone is showing up. Are my just fishing at the wrong time?
I don't fish it that much any more to give you an honest answer sorry.
I always had better luck in the morning up until about 11am give or take but usually don't have the patience or the time to fish all day. Fishing in the shaded areas of the creek have traditionally produced later in the day for me as well.
