Does anyone know if this rain has opened the mouth of the Russian and let a few steelhead in? I haven't tried for them since February and have the urge to go out and get frustrated. Nothing like a day on the river tossing flies for 5 or 6 hours. Good exercise if nothing else. I think I've lost my innate optimism towards steelhead fishing.
