So my phone was going out all the time and decided there were headphones plugged in.  I went to where it was bought and they wouldn't even help.  You have to go the Apple store they said.  So off to the apple store.  When I walked in there were about 30 apple employees and about 40 customers in about 1,800 sf. (about the size of a small fly shop)  I fully expected something like a Sprint center, where I had to take a number...

Well it was fairly easy to get service and they replaced the phone on the spot.  So my first problem in many years of trouble free apple stuff was good.
