Heading up to Collins for Labor Day weekend as some friends already reserved sites and invited me. My co-worker/friend's husband loves to fish, but doesn't have much knowledge or talent and I wanted to show him some stuff, hopefully put him on some fish.

Was wondering if anyone had spent any time up there/possible had any pointers? Looks from a little research they have plentiful big dumb planters and some nice sized bass to boot.

Definitely gonna get a new innertube for the float tube, haven't done stillwater in quite some time. And hey, if Collins is bunk, I hit the Yuba for sure!
