Fished the Merced last weekend in the yearlong section above Foresta bridge; nary a bite all day. The Flows were at 200 and the river was gorgeous. Had kids with me so I wasn't wading too far from them so my fishing was limited. The kids got sick of casting their spinners so we spent most of the day teaching them how to fly cast, one of the best days fishing ever.
