Had my first solo adventure to the E Carson. Super low water, but still fun. A lot of work as the fish were only holding in the areas with more water, a good quarter to half mile apart. And of course, that's where everyone was fishing. Was still able to manage a few nice fish in the evenings, tossing small dry's into the slicks. I spent the mornings higher up the river, nymphing, but the only 2 strikes i had were on my indicator! Last day I headed to the Truckee for a little more water and fishable areas. Good choice, some decent fish.
