I bought a couple Ross reels from Brian Clemmens here.  Once they came in the mail I did with them what I do with most reels, I took them apart to clean them, and see how they work.  In doing so I broke the screw that holds the drag knob in place on one of the reels.  I called Ross Reels to try and get replacement parts.  I explained that I had bought the reel used and that I had no warranty.  The lady on the phone said she would send a complete drag system to me free of charge.  A couple of days later I recieved in the mail two drag systems.  So thank you Ross Reels, and thanks Brian too.  The reels are (despite my ham-handedness) in great shape.  Mike

Ross has always stood behind thier products no matter what.  I have 5 of them in my collection.  We all sort of wondered when 3M bought them if things would change.  The only bummer is I can't find extra spools for my Rhythm series anymore.
