Here you go Bob http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eilyCxFi9Sc  Since you fish with Ryan all the time you should call him up and get Greg S' number he lives up there and could tell you where the big fish are.

Heading up to Sunriver for a few days with some boys for a multi day golf trip.  We're staying at the resort and I see the Deschutes goes right through a couple of the courses on the resort property.  Needless to say, I'm dragging some fly gear along too for the evening hatch.  I called a fly shop in SUnriver, but did not get much info from them.  Does anyone know if the river fishes well on the property and can be waded?

The guy at the shop mumbled something about "big cutbanks" on the property section of the river.  Any info is much appreciated.

Bob

Hey Bob, we rented a house in Sunriver for a week a few years ago. I fished and loved it up there. We rented rafts and messed around with the kids on the big Deschutes right there in Sunriver. There are some nice sized browns to be had on dry flies in the evening. If you have time take a ride to the upper Deschutes near Crane Prarie Res. The road goes right over the river. We parked and while they picnicked I fished. Great technical small water, kinda like the LT.
