What a way to spend a rainy day 3/16

I fished the PC yesterday after ~ 3 month hiatus. The PC is in fine shape. The flows are great. There was a little green color. There were mayflies hatching in the middle of the day. I think they were March browns. The dogwoods are beautiful. The poison oak is glorious. I caught a few fish on a black bead head Mayfly #20 that I tied. One made my indicator lurch sideways on the take. Great day until I took a dunk sliding off a silty boulder. Someone was telling me it was time to go home 😊

You're not doing it right unless you go in once in awhile.  Fish hard.

Those bugs that look like March Browns are the Epeorus Albertae... The Pink Alberts are starting to hatch! Try a size 14 soft hackle hares ear...
