It was my unerstanding they were not going to raise the flow of Putah until Thursday, yet I see it is back up to 131. Is this correct? I was hoping to fish before it came up again.
I just came back from Putah. I thought the levels would be in the 80's when I arrived. I thought the flow was a little higher than I expected. So I guess the answer is yes, the flows are probably around 130....
Really slow for me. No surface action at all, but the water is really clear. No hatches to speak of and I threw just about every nymph I had at em. Flashback Pheasant Tails, Prince Nymphs, Serendipity, Zebra Midges, you name it. A couple takes and that was about it. I was on the water for about 2 and a half hours. The weather was great, but a little windy. I was up by the island BTW.
