Ive been watching the flows for sometime now, and they have been fluctuating between 120 and 65. I know there are no more salmon coming up the rivers, so what is the reasoning behind the 2 days at 120 then 2 days at 65, then back up again. Its been doing this since Jan 8th.

They person in charge of the flows was sleeping on the job, fell out of their chair and bumped their head on the release valve... That's my guess.

Its all about the downstream needs of the water customers. Seems to me it started after the rains quit.
