Lower rush creek just above 395, Great pocket water down to mono lake. I think Codym's is east carson ? The Xnjb guy I don't know so I'll totally guess and say the pit ? I've never been to the pit.  Mine was middle stan. The power house hole ! Bob I was there that day so I'll let someone else guess and do the dance. I got a nice one that day.

from the color of water my guess is the Mcloud. as far as the dance im going to say the Truffle Shuffle.

Mike and Shaun got it... it was a long way down on the Nevada side..and Mike I'll forgive you the bh  part as it was a PT so when next we put some signs up or something I'll have a bottle of wine for you!!!

PS. Shaun that is a PCT hat ......one of 2 favorite fishing caps of mine. It currently has another on fly in it. Size, colour ie general description of it gets abottle of wine too!!!   (I think my wine is pretty safe this time though !!!biggrinbiggrinconfuse)

That's correct. Pit #3, That stretch is an awesome fishery, as long as you don't mind the rugged brush and everything else that the pit throws at you.

Third post down from the top I guessed the pitt,  Funny it was a total guess. Bet you guys can't guess this one.....Its west side sierra. The guy I fished it with once can't guess, That would be to easy.

All that this post has done for me is make me realize I need to explore the West side of the Sierra's more! Lots of beautiful water in and around Northern California and the West side of the Sierra's. Growing up on the East side was too easy. There's no real need to explore when you have a 3 minute drive to the Owen's and a 15-20 minute drive to the high country lakes, creeks ("criks" for all you old timers), and streams.

Getting warm SK60 ! Defenitly Jvento, Exploring the sierra's has been a great experience over the last 5 years. We are lucky to live so close to such a cool place. All you need is time, a reliable car, and some maps. i'm starting to get cabin fever ! Already planning this ummers adventures.
