Fishing isnt about catching fish, its not about who caught the most, or who caught the biggest, its about the experience that you have on the water, and the life long bonds you make with others on the journey to becoming a better person inside.
The past two months, I concentrated on shad. I had my last Yuba shad day last weekend. I hiked down from the gun club to the lower section. It was ok. Not great.
I'm going into stillwater mode now. If a friend commits to Sunday (and will drive), I may go up to Baum Lake. If not, I'm headed to Milton.
