I really hope as many of you can make it as possible. This is such a great cause and group of people. Even if you don't have a lot of money(myself included) it's worth the 20$ to hang out, eat some great, free food and talk fishing with everybody. The auction items are crazy deals and you may get some gear for near "pro deal" prices. So come on out it will be a good time.
Agreed, last year was a great success especially for a "first annual event" this years I predict will be twice as good. I'm really looking forward to attending and helping this year.Hope to see you all there. Bono

PayPal has locked our account until we receive our state permit to sell raffle tickets, which, of course, has not arrived from the Attorney General's office. If you want to purchase tickets by pledge, send me an email, and we'll sort it out. We can accept debit or credit card payments by phone, as well as checks by mail.
We will also accept absentee bids on auction items from the list below. Absentee bidders that are winners are committing to completing the transaction after the auctions close. I can update your bids by phone during the event. For item details and starting bid amounts, email me sk60@putahcreektrout.org

This is a GREAT EVENT!Besides the raffle, drawing and good food . . . this is a just a fun time to meet and speak with some of your fellow fly fishers. You can put faces to all of those forum handles.
More importantly for all of you winos out there, the tasting is excellent. Davis Family Wineries produces some outstanding wine. Their 2007 Russian River Chardonnay received a 90 point rating. I bought some of the'06 last year and it was a great buttery, Chardonnay.
I'm looking forward to seeing those familiar faces once again, and hearing the latest lies from the river.
Don't miss this one! They'll be talking about it for MONTHS.
There is so much in store ... food , wine lot's of cool people telling lies about the one that got away. Did I mention the wine?
If you missed the PCT/PCC event at the Audubon Interpretive Center a few months back, you'll be amazed when you see the impressive collection of items for raffle, sale or auction!
Not to mention the 5 generous guides who've offered there services for the cause ... lead by this boards founder, Bono! Did I mention the wine?
No one's talking about 'Metalhead' ... it looks awesome! I can't wait to see it and make some new friends.
C U there! Ed (Lahontan)
PS ... you might get to see an otter who chooses Pinot over Budweiser!
PSS ... you can see a few more images of the items offered on PCT's FACEBOOK page ...

Just to clarify, The movie(s) and slideshow will be playing on our 60"+ TV. above the tasting room bar. You won't have to miss any of the action just to watch the movie. I have this vision some of you may think you're going to be locked away in the warehouse next door in the dark, not the case. You can enjoy everything all at once, sports bar style. See you there.
We will be selling and raffling an original limited edition lithograph by well known scientific illustrator/artist Tim Gunther that depicts the life stages of our beloved wild rainbow. Drawn from life from photos provided by our own PCT members. See proof above (copyright Tim Gunther Graphics, 2010)
