A new Angler Survey form is replacing the old one

DFG has replaced the Survey Box forms with a new one. It is simpler and no longer refers to planted fish. Keith will be replacing the online form as well. Please complete a form each time you fish, at the box or online. This data is very important to evaluating the condition of the fishery.
