It's probably cleared out enough to be fishable. Flows are pretty low now. Its tough on the normal winter time waters this year. I'm gambling on a 2 hour drive to a river that may or may not be fishable this weekend, It beats sittin around wondering what if.

Sounds like cabin fever!!! I guess I should help you out. Try a shrimp pink microspawn. It is kind of funny, but the fish will hit it if you swing it in the normal holding spots. Good luck!! Bigger and brighter than normal is the key. Dark flies work as well. Fish can see five times farther than you!!

I would go Monday - probably less people.
I was going to go today, but damn if I didn't get a job opportunity. I'll go next week and take photos as long as it isn't pouring rain.

Picked up one at the campground at clear creek around 14". had a much bigger one 24"? chasing it all around as i was bring him in like we were on the reds? I dont know. ??? First time that has happened to me.
Where were you picking up the carp? Up by the island?  I was the guy with the black lab I saw a few guys fishing the tail out by the bridge???

ya there are several redds in that area, more that i usually see due to silt and weed growth. normally if you hook a fish whether trout or steelhead and it is being chased around, its really not being chased, that other fish is its spawning partner.

Well if I did picki the little guy up off of the reds it was not on purpose, and it was a short fight with a quick release. But it sure made for a interiesting fight.
