6-Clear Creek ... between Redding and Whiskytown Lake

#2 is 5 miles off the main highway and 2 years ago there was a big fire nearby
#3 is only an hour from the Bay area

Took the dogs there a couple weekends ago.  I think the name is Burnside????  If you cross hwy 88 at the 88/89 tee there is a dirt road that takes you there.

I didn't fish it, how is the fishing?

2-Yes, it is Burnside. You can walk the shore but it is better to have a float tube or pontoon.

3- yes, it is  Capell Creek, in a normal year  that arm of Berryessa would be full of water. Right now it does look like a steelhead trib.

Cody, if you look at a map the mouth of the creek is right by indian island. Just below Upper Putah.
