The DFG handbook states that for the purpose of filling out the steelhead card a steelhead is defined as a rainbow trout (in anadromous waters) 16" or larger. So I guess I don't need to tally them up right? Secondly, I came across a big salmon carcass. Are they normally in the system this early?
yes there are more than just a few salmon in the system right now. and u do come across them this time of yr, not many but u will find a few.
glad someone is out there pounding the water. cant wait till i get back and get into some fishing. man i miss it.
