I grew up fishing Putah Creek and was wondering the same. I have not been there in over 10 years and have been thinking of making a trip to try out my old stomping grounds. So how is it? the flows look high but is it worth the now 2 hour road trip. Has anyone been there in the last few days or weeks?
Lots of small fish in all the usual spots.If you want to find the bigger fish you better fish the bottom of the tail outs and go deep.so deep that you are either geting fish or grass..if you are not dragging the bottom your not in the zone....
