I assume that dude was expecting to catch a fish that large and had a big gun like a 10 or 12 wt rod?

The little 25 inch steelhead I've been catching look like piss-ant girly fish by comparison and they make my arms ache.  I can't imagine what it's like to catch a steelhead that large.
