just wondering if anyone out there would like to battle the weather with me on the AR tomorrow. Its not gonna be pretty, sure aint gonna be easy. 10-15mph winds, 90% chance of rain, and did i forget to mention cold. ya that too. but with all that said, dont think to many people will be out there. and if there are people out there then they must be LOCA EN LA CABEZA. crazy in the head en espanol. but needless to say ill be out there battling the weather for a few hours, i wont be up at dawn as usual, probably get there between 9-10 am. but i can tell you this, it will be perfect steelhead weather. with the cold cold weather the past few days and the rain, should make for some good fishing.

if you are interested shoot me a pm.

FISH HARD OR GO HOME!!!!!

ok well this isnt an official report as far as 2ft 4ft, but he did fish today, and he said this

I dont know how to tell how many feet and I didn't put my hand or feet into the water.  But, I've been on this river since I came back from Utah.  The last three days I was behind the hatchery and today is the most clariest.  I would say 2 - 3 ft.  I can see the rocks and the steelhead.  Steelhead got some nice colors.  Greenish top, with pinkish/redish line.  Such a Beautiful fish in the water.  I wonder if it looks the same outside the water. semi clear and semi greenish.  Seems like the wind helped the fish moving upward because the last two day were cloudy but no wind and I didn't see any fish.  Today with the wind, I saw a few steelhead; one of them was pretty while the others got some beat up nose.

which i know where he fishes and its probably closer to the 3-4ft mark, if he is seeing fish.

why you thinkin about going tomorrow as well, and battling it with me.

I was out there this morning, I hooked 3 landed none. Saw the typical guys with the two-handed rods lining the crap out of the steelhead. Saw probably 10 fish landed but not one of them appeared to be fair hooked. Right when I was heading down to fish the spot I always fish, guide boat comes down and stays parked on it for a good hour. They also got a couple of fish, probably the only legit fish all day (should have been mine!).

Water clarity is fine, I'd like it actually a little dirtier, its running at least 3 ft vis. The wind is going to be a problem, it really kicked up this morning and was pushing my indicator and line all over the place.

If the wind is blowing swing some big bugs ,beads or streamers..also works when the water is cloudy....use a sink line or at least a sink leader...
