Today was a nice day at the creek. Me and a friend got to the creek at about 7:30 and fished till about noon. The action started right when we got there too, but picked up at about 10am. I lost 3 pigs probilly over 20 inches or so, and then I lost about 10 or so more that were smaller, I was just having one of those days where I just couldnt land anything. I had the right fly but lost every fish. Then I ended up landing a nice 18" bow. Which was nice concidering I couldnt seem to land anything till that fish. My friend ended up with a 17 " and a 15 ". So we both had a good day out on the creek. Lots of BWO's and PMD's hatching through out the day too. Anyways here is the pic of the 18" bow that I landed..

Fishing isnt about catching fish, its not about who caught the most, or who caught the biggest, its about the experience that you have on the water, and the life long bonds you make with others on the journey to becoming a better person inside.
Way to go get em Nic. I was the same way the other day. Only I was more just late on the set. Some of those little rock bump nudges that your indicator will do have been turning out to be fish. Set on everything right now! Looking at your avatar pic and that pic next to it is pretty funny. A man of all seasons.
