well no dunks in the water today. no lost fly boxes. it was just me and my old boss out there today. taught him the ropes and told him have fun. fish jumpin and surfacing everywhere. couldnt really pin-point what they was eating. had my boss on a wooly bugger for a lil while. i have a parachute adams size 16 or 18 with a zebra midge dropper. i caught 2 natives of the bat, one about 10 inches the other about 16. so after that gave that set up to him. and i went to the black wooly. lets just say the black wooly was gettin their attention but no one would grab it. as far as the boss goes. first day fly fishing, and he did pretty good. first fish was a 8 inch stocker, then he caught some trees so had to go fetch the flies. no bigger got some of my old ones back from when i lost then a few months back. eric you remember those. yup i got them back today. well after un hookin him we started hittin um pretty good. he caught 2 more fish so 3 total. the last 2 fish were 12 and 14 both natives. i ended on a decent note. the 2 natives earlier then caught 2 on an olive wooly bugger one native 12 inches, and another native about the same size but got hooked in the but. i did catch another nice native 15-16" on a black out copper john with a parachute size 16 indicator. he freakin waked the hell out of the blacked out copper john. well left about noon time when it started gettin really nice, and the fish started gettin active and settle down at the same time. if that makes sence. some where very active and would chase my wooly and others next to those fish wouldnt do anything. well other than that. had a decent day. caught some fish, got my boss on some nice fish as well.

oh ya lets just say he wants to know when me and him are going to do a full day on the creek. gotta love showing someone something new and them fallin in love with it. his smile was going from ear to ear all day. and he was like now i see why you are so addicted to this. ITS SO ADDICTING.
