The trout don't matter one bit. thank goodness this will not affect the mccloud above the mccloud resavoir, Theres already to much pvt. property along the river below the resavoir. The entire economy in that area is all from either logging or tourist/fisherman. Let those idiots ruin the rivers up there Like the idiot politicians ruin everything else. Weres all the consevation groups ? Ya never seem to be around when a real issue is at state. This is one of the many reasons why I plan to leave california soon as possible, This whole state sucks when it comes to wildlife managment and water managment. Makes me wanna puke.
