Hi All,
Pretty new to the creek but I wonder if anyone can tell me if buying an parking permit at one of the access points allows me access to the others on that day.

Thanks,
Bob

The permit that you paid for is good for that day for any of the access areas along the creek.
If you are planning to fish the area regularly, call the number on the sign to see what the
yearly pass goes for. I've been planning to do it but just haven't gotten around to it just yet.
I have always bought a yearly pass for the American River, and found it to be a great deal.
I imagine that the pass for Putah is the same kind of deal.
Mike

Mike Ive been meaning to do the same thing about a yearly pass for putah access.  Does anyone know about a pass?  Is there such a thing?
I get the A. river pkwy yearly pass as well. $40 a year saves me alot , I remember my first year w/ no pass,  I dont know how many $4 days I spent up there.

Is it not OK to park off the main road? I never pay for parking. And parking by the dam is free.

yeah parking along the road is fine, sometimes when i go to the creek for an hour before dark like in access #2 for example I'll park right next to the creek and fish with my truck in sight. Just the convienence for a quick fish fix is nice.
