Sorry Greg,

I looked for information about the planned meeting but couldn't figure out where it was.  Perhaps making a new post and creating a sticky would help some of us old folk ?

Just to let you know in advance that I'm not going to be able to make the on creek meeting.  I have a once a year meeting for Friends Of The Rubicon (FOTR) in Sacramento on the same date.

To reiterate what we talked about when I called you the other day on the highway (that Jeep run was a kick in the pants btw..photo included..I'm a little more hands on when it comes to dealing with Putah.  Like you, a big part of that is other commitments that stretch my available time very thin.  The behind the scenes stuff, meetings, planning etc just takes too much of what I don't have enough of.

In years past I have been involved in an organized Putah Cr. cleanup as well as my own.  Moving rocks, gravel and logs was always fun even if it did kick my butt and never seem to last more than a year or two.  Maybe if I knew what I was doing those projects would have worked out better.

No idea if your intentions are soley (sp) political, physical or both, but as I mentioned the other day, I can probably muster up some help for some on site work.  Hell,  you might even sucker me into a one time lead hook position for the right project.

The last post concerning the meeting said that it would be on Saturday, February 24th, at 10 AM at the access #5 parking lot.

Gentlemen,

I'm having surgery on my hand  the Wednesday before the meeting.  I'm hoping I'll be up to getting out to this meeting on Saturday.  If not...GOOD LUCK.  And thank you all for your efforts in making Putah a better, safer, and cleaner place to enjoy trout fishing.

I have decided to re-schedual our meeting for the 24th of Feb due to the fact that alot of people who would have alot of imput on these issues or need to hear our issues and concerns cannot be there.I will try to co-ordinate the next date when some of these other people can make it.I hope this didnt inconvenience anybody,I will let you all know when I come up with a new date. Thanks Greg
