Second time fishing putah creek. I hooked 3 and landed 1 all above access point #1 in fast water. I was using a tan fox pupa with a wd40 on the dropper. All fish seemed to be planters. Does the slower moving water right below access #5 produce or are there any suggestions on where to try during the summer?
