Can you wade across the creek to the island (right above Salono) yet? Anyone been having much luck? I cant take this anymore, gonna go hit it up this weekend.
i see theres been no new posts with reports, isn't anyone fishing ? Looks as if the flows have really slowed the last few days. I'm sure the creek is very wadable at this point, oh and hows the first island above solano lake for fishin ? And can anyone head me in a direction to hook up with a brown, i have never caught one in putah.
Welp, I gotta say the flow is just right. I went out on Saturday, but I spent so much time gettin' the moss offa me rig and gettin' me rig outta the trees, I know nuthin about trout of any color. Good luck.
I have yet to catch a Brown either out of putah, they are pretty tough fishes to nail. the fishing is pretty good right now, I'm gonna be out AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE in the next couple days, and if I avoid the crowds, this weekend too. Good luck to anyone going out.
