Hi Pete. From what I've heard so far the little Truckee is fishable. I'd do a little research before heading out that way. Hat Creek doesn't suffer from the snowpack and it seems to be fishable. Personally, I'm going to wait a few weeks and then make my way up to Plumas county and check out the tributaries running into the Middle Fork Feather. If you want a guide on water flows, here's a link I found would should give you a good idea of conditions throughout the state. http://www.dreamflows.com/flows-canv.html
I imagine if you went high enough you could find some lower flows on the N F Yuba. Granted you might be fishing in snow and some cold cold water. Myself I've never had much luck that high up due to what I blame as cold water conditions.
A few little creeks just North of Sierra City can be a kick in the pants later in theyear though nothing very big. BTW lots n lots of bears in that portion of the state.

Thanks guys. I have (for once) a nice block of days free around the end of the month, and am trying to decide where to fish. It's hard to know how much the flows will have fallen by then. Any guesses certainly welcome.
