I was fishing the deer sign access yesterday afternoon and a Cicada landed on my friend's pack. Is this a normal thing at Putah? I've never seen one here before and wonder if the strong wind gusts blew him in from somewhere.. Got me thinking if I should tie up some foam cicadas lol.. 

In other news, fishing was pretty tough yesterday.. flows are good and the water was very clear. We saw some nice fish but they weren't interested in biting, only managed a few smaller fish. Everyone I ran into had a similar report. The winds/pre-storm pressure changes might have funked things up a bit...
