That fly looks GREAT! Any particular water type or time of day that you have found it effective?
I've mainly fished the mornings in the faster/cooler waters from the deer sign up to the bridge. The fly doubles for a pupa if I tie it w/o an UV wing and add a lot of clear Antron to the collar's dubbing mix, but most of the fish are coming towards the end of the swing as an emerger.
A few caddis have been coming off at approximately 9:30 and picks up strength until noon.
