Has anyone attempted the little Truckee lately? Its my understanding that the water is open year round but nearly inaccessible this time of year. Any insight or suggestions for other water would be greatly appreciated.
Luckily the water stayed cold all summer what little of it they had.
I half fished it the other day. The flows dropped from 128 to 55 while we were there so we left. The road in is petty gnarly right now. Definitely bring a shovel and chains just in case.
