With spring comes new bounties

A nice start to spring! The bites are great and ive ran into many nice fisherman who have been hooking up. The water was crystal clear Monday with beautiful skies and I had the great pleasure of landing a monster. Just thought I'd share the fun. I'm prepared for negative comments but here he is.image.jpg

Nice piggy. I've had a few days lately where I've Horeb five of those bad boys in spots no one is fishing. You're probably fishing the same way as I am but I'm using a fly rod. Mad eaters deluxe.

What I mean by off season is the spawners are done, the water is rising, and the large crowds of seasonal fisherman disappear.

I feel people should fish it now and not during winter while the spawn is on as long as people are catch n releasing and fishing barbless there is no concern on my behalf
