In a nutshell guy puts up an add for "new" set of gears for sell. Buyer sends check. Seller cashes check then says he want more money. The bulliten board members take a stand and seller decides he better send gears. Seller send old "used" gears. Buyer refuses package and wants money back instead. Seller sends Wester Union money order that may or may not be legit.
The seller is now world famous like it or not. His pics, phone numbers, address, vehicles, family ect posted all over the www.
