Does anybody have an idea how long the vegetation just downstream from the upper bridge has been torn up?  If you cross the bridge and enter the parking lot on the left hand side there is a fence that parallels the road.  Adjacent to that fence is a beaten trail leading to the edge of the creek.

I'm asking because I witnessed a vehcile drive across the creek on Saturday and exit via that route.  Pictures etc were taken and yes LEO/F & G have been notified.  I just want to know if it's an isolated incident or not.  The torn up vegetation leads me to think it was not an isolated incident.
